This Refund Policy describes how we manage refunds.
Buyer may apply for Exchange/Return of Products under the following reasons:
A. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
B. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return shall be
returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to
customer together with proof of purchase.
Note: If there is any technical issue like duplication, out of stock and etc, SLEEC will honor the refund for you within 7 days period.
Buyer may return the item(s) in its original packaging with its invoice and free gifts (if any). Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 business days upon goods received with the following supporting information:
i) Order number
ii) Order received date
iii) Name of item
iv) Reason of return
v) Photo of return
vi) Photo evidence
Note: The customer will have to bear the delivery costs incurred during the return process.
Upon receipt of the returned package, please allow 5-7 business days for exchange processes. Confirmation of exchange will be notified via firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your Sleec is scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged Sleec with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. In the case that a Sleec does not adhere well to a case or phone, you may be eligible for a replacement Sleec device, not a refund.
If you are having trouble activating your Sleec or popping to compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at email@example.com. Typically, all issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from the team!
If you have successfully activated your Sleec and are experiencing issues popping to a compatible device after you’ve contacted firstname.lastname@example.org, you may be eligible for a refund. Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.
If your Sleec loses its adhesive within the first 30 days of your order being marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free placement.
Pro Member Special Warranty
Beyond 30 days after your Sleec is marked as delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement Sleec should your Sleec become damaged or lost. Please contact email@example.com for assistance with this.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not accept exchanges.
We do not accept returns, so no shipping info is required.
